Héctor focuses on executive level searches in Santiago de Chile, covering Peru and Argentina.

He primarily works on Financial Services and has a deep knowledge of the insurance sector. Héctor has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a postgraduate Executive MBA at Instituto de Empresa, and is an Insurance Actuary with a degree in high management of finance resources for the CESEDEN (Centro Superior de Estudios de la Defensa).

Prior to executive search Hector was CEO of Rural Seguros (RGA), Skandia, and Towers Watson. He has been a counselor of executive search companies for more than five years.
